Hope Show - August 2025
The Harrop team took first place in 4 classes and overall breed champion!
Firstly, in the shearling tup class with a homebred shearling got by the 6,000gns Dixon bred tup.
Secondly, in the tup lamb class winning with a powerful, dark-faced, homebred lamb got by the renowned dark-faced High Moor bred tup.
We also placed first in the ewe lamb class - with a homebred lamb, again got by the renowned dark-faced High Moor bred tup.
We also won the group of 3.
We also stood second in the aged ewe class.
The champion was the tup lamb.
Halifax Show - August 2025
The Harrop team took first place in 5 out of 6 classes and overall breed champion and reserve!
Firstly, in the shearling tup class with a homebred shearling got by the 6,000gns Dixon bred tup.
Secondly, in the tup lamb class winning with a half-and-half faced, homebred lamb got by the renowned dark-faced High Moor bred tup.
We also placed first in the ewe lamb class - with a classy, homebred lamb, got by the 6,200gns record Read bred tup.
We also stood first in the aged ewe class, with a beast of 4-shear ewe got by the renowned dark-faced High Moor bred tup
We also won the group of 3.
We stood second in the shearling ewe class.
We took champion with the shearling tup and reserve with the ewe lamb.
Harden Moss Show - June 2025
The Harrop team took first place in 2 classes and overall breed champion!
Firstly, in the tup lamb class winning with a powerful, dark-faced, homebred lamb got by the renowned dark-faced High Moor bred tup.
We also placed first in the aged ewe class - with a homebred ewe got by the 6,200gns record priced, Read bred tup.
We also stood second in the shearling ewe class and third in the ewe lamb class.
The champion was the tup lamb, which went on to take reserve champion in the interbreed class too!
